Cove Booking includes Stripe checkout and reconciliation workflows. Your account configuration and end-to-end acceptance come before live collection. Test checkout, payment confirmation, cancellation and refunds using the agreed processor setup. Processing fees are separate from Cove Booking’s $400 monthly software price.
A requested refund is not the same as a completed refund. Review provider state before retrying a payment action. Cove Booking keeps payment work visible to the responsible staff so guests receive an accurate explanation. Automated damage-security authorizations are not currently offered; agree on the damage process separately.
