Use Cove Booking in your mobile browser or add it to the home screen for a dedicated app window. Staff retain their own sign-in and permissions. They can open the reservation, review the relevant records and follow the departure or return workflow without treating a personal text thread as the booking record.
A check-in QR code can open the reservation for authenticated staff review. A shared booking QR can direct new guests to the operator’s public fleet page. These are different destinations: a public sign should never contain someone’s private payment link. Staff still verify the guest, balance and required checks before departure.
Bookings and changes require an internet connection. If your phone loses service, Cove Booking shows an offline notice so your crew knows to reconnect before making changes. Push notifications and offline booking edits are not currently available. During setup, try home-screen access and QR scanning on the phones your team will use at the dock.
Cove Booking currently uses browser and installable home-screen access. It is not a native App Store or Google Play app.
